As a business/technical person myself, I quickly found the value of Lean Transformation.  I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the Toyota Production System through Shingijutsu mentoring and Six Sigma training. I have several years of practical application with several Fortune 500 companies and their suppliers.  I have continued extensive research in the origin of the lean principles.  Through my continued research and education; our clients quickly comprehend how to practically apply the principles, answering the right questions to enable continuous improvement.

    Through my career as a lean consultant I have had the privilege to work within the fields of health imaging, injection molding, logistics, packaging and directly with a supplier to Toyota's Fremont, California facility. I have also had the fortune to work with several TPS sensei on projects ranging from implementing 5S culture to line design and changeover improvements (SMED).
    When asked why I have such a passion for lean consulting, the first word that comes to mind is creativity. It is very exciting to see the learning come to life as teams implement ideas to eliminate waste. My objective is to teach our clients the importance of understanding the big picture and the rolls people, information and suppliers play in the value stream.
