Introduction To Lean Leadership
A two day management training designed to teach the principles of Lean Management. Subjects include Establashing Long term vision, value stream mapping and gemba gembutsu.

Advanced Lean Leadership Training
A four day in depth management training that includes thirteen additional topics including the roles and responsibilities of lean managers, lean office/shop floor practical learning and transition management. Everything a lean management team needs to know about creating and sustaining a lean culture.

Lean Enterprise Introduction
An eight hour class designed to teach the history of the Toyota Production System and develop an understanding of the tools needed to build the foundation. This training is intended for the people that are doing the work as well as the managers in your process. This training includes class room and practical hands on learning to reinforce these concepts. Upon completion participants will understand the importance of standardization and the initial tools for creating a stable foundation.

Level 2 Lean Enterprise Training
A two day class that focuses on developing the Just In Time and Jidoka pillars. The training will focus on root cause analysis, the tools to create flow and building quality into the process. Upon completion participants will understand how to size a kanban system, the fundamentals of heijunka (leveling), and the process for eliminating quality and process issues that impeed flow.

Level 3 Lean Enterprise Training
An two day class that focuses on developing the heijunka process, creating layers of quality, and set up reduction techniques (SMED). Upon completion of this course participants will have all of the basic tools needed to perform continuous improvement in a lean system.

Lean Practitioner Training
A three week course designed to teach the fundamentals of the lean enterprise and continuous improvement. This training will include classroom training, practical training and a four day kaizen improvement event. Upon completion participants will be able to lead future kaizen.

Lean Facilitator Training
A six week course designed to teach participants how to facilitate kaizen. Includes how to select kaizen leaders, team member selection, lean tool selection, analyzing data and much more. This training will include one four day kaizen as part of the lean pratitioner training and one four day kaizen to complete the training. Upon completion participants will be able to develop and plan kaizen events at the facilitator level.

Lean Transformation Services
This service is designed to teach and lead our clients through the first stage of their lean journey. After an initial lean evalaution, our clients will discuss and develop the path forward with your management team. The duration of the service will be determined in conjunction with your leadership team in order to reach your desired goals and level of autonomy. Generally this service will include all of the courses listed above as well as an in depth value stream development plan and multiple kaizen events. The focus will be on building the foundation for continuous improvement and teaching the in depth philosophies and tools of the lean system. The intent of these services is to create a culture and team that will be able to continue to improve and sustain their improvements independently.
